As the name says, the basic idea in the "puzzle" technique is to decompose the image into puzzle pieces, taking into account the shape of the plant materials that we have at our disposal. The limits of a puzzle piece are given by different colors or different shades of colors. A puzzle piece can have multiple layers. For example, in this course, the two large fir trees have three layers: the dark green background, the dark gray branches and the white snowy branches. If a piece is larger than the available plant material, then we will break it down into smaller pieces.
After you stick a few pieces, it is recommended to press the artwork for 15-30 min. to allow it to dry and fit better.
