Duties

Duties: The Vice President, together with the lead of the President, will execute the daily management of the Guild.
• Work with the President and Executive Committee to develop new ideas for programs and development of the Guild.
• Act as President in that person’s absence
• Participate in discussion and decision making in Executive Committee
• Arrange for annual insurance coverage and payments.
• Such other responsibilities as determined by the Board or bylaws
